A seasoned operator in the industry, de Palma tells Spear’s that he prizes the relationships he takes pains to cultivate over time with UHNW clients. He spent two years living in Doha before moving to Geneva but has maintained his entire client base in the Middle East.

His career has spanned two decades at different firms including Barclays, Citi and Morgan Stanley. De Palma has a degree in politics and international relations from Bristol University.
