Roddy Boulton had been working in investment management at a hedge fund when, in 2010, a ‘UK banking legend’ persuaded him to become a private banker, a move he said ‘suited my personality and skill set far more than I could have realised’.

After nine years at Credit Suisse, Boulton moved to Deutsche Bank to grow the UK wealth management offering. ‘The move has been a hugely satisfying revelation,’ he said. ‘It is very exciting to be part of the ambitious growth plans for DB’s wealth management team, working for the only truly global eurozone bank.’

Boulton’s role enables him to look after the real estate, strategic lending and concentrated equity aspects of wealth and investment.
