Spear’s Review
St Louis School has three campuses spread across the city of Milan and is home to around 1,800 total pupils aged 2 to 18 who are all encouraged to fulfil their potential.
Founded in 1996, the school offers a blended curriculum, combining all of the best parts of the UK standard curriculum with the well-respected Italian curriculum, creating a ‘child-centred’ and ‘holistic’ approach to learning and development. Since the beginning of the 2025/26 academic year, the school only caters to day pupils, having previously provided boarding accommodation.
Outside of the classroom, students can enjoy a range of sports, clubs and activities across the three campuses, with some activities held off-campus. Music plays a large part of school life, and tuition in a selection of instruments is available to students. Music education is regulated by the Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music, one of the largest and best-respected boards in the world, and exams are held at the school each year.
