Spear’s Review

‘It’s like the world in one house, and everyone belongs’ is how Collège Alpin Beau Soleil describes itself. Situated in the heart of the Alps, the Swiss school embodies this ethos. One of the few small, full-time boarding schools in the country, it offers a genuine family environment where pupils live, learn and explore together. Ski slopes are just a short walk away, and the mountain is often both classroom and playground.

The school combines small classes – averaging six pupils – with subject-specific facilities and state-of-the-art equipment designed to inspire curiosity. The school offers English and French pathways, including the IB diploma and an advanced bilingual diploma, alongside strong languages and business programmes.

Pupils can select from over 70 weekly activities, while regular educational visits are designed extend learning beyond the classroom.
