The independently owned investment house Arbion builds and manages investment portfolios for private investors (including successful entrepreneurs in the tech space), charities, family offices and institutions. With its investments grounded in ‘research, experience and common sense’, Arbion seeks to ‘balance investors’ financial goals with their appetite for risk’ – while also considering the tax implications of any investment. 

The firm was founded by Carnegie Smyth, now CEO, and Greg Malone; the duo were part of a team that led a management buyout of Arbion's predecessor Signia from its founder, Phones4u billionaire entrepreneur John Caudwell, in 2022. 

Arbion also provides clients with the opportunity to participate in certain private equity, private debt and real estate investments. It is regulated by the FCA in the UK and registered with the SEC in the United States.
