Guests receive bespoke care for addiction, as well as mental health conditions such as PTSD, depression, burnout and eating disorders. THE BALANCE blends the comforts of a luxury hotel with the medical expertise of a premier rehab centre, as guests can enjoy round-the-clock attention from dedicated medical staff and private chefs, and optional signature services such as European private jet transfers.

Overseen by Abdullah Boulad and Dr Sarah Boss, both formerly of The Kusnacht Practice, the centre takes a long-term, multidisciplinary approach to recovery. A team of medical professionals, psychologists, therapists and nutritionists collaborate to design personalised treatment plans, while holistic practices such as yoga, mindfulness and art therapy support overall wellbeing. After-care programmes extend up to 12 weeks, ensuring that patients are followed for relapse prevention and reintegration.
