Founded by the Gerbers – the family who established The Kusnacht Practice and pioneered the 360-degree, one-client-at-a-time model – in 2012, Paracelsus Recovery brings together experts in medicine, psychiatry, nutrition and fitness to provide a holistic and individualised approach to rehabilitation.

Paracelsus has earned a reputation as one of ‘the world’s most exclusive addiction treatment centres’, with a 15:1 expert-to-patient ratio and a capacity of around three or four clients at its treatment centre in Zurich. ‘What sets us apart from similar offerings is that we are [also] a fully-fledged psychiatry clinic,’ says Jan Gerber, the centre’s CEO.
