Tom Harries and James Harries founded Imperial Blue in 2012 to fill a gap in the real estate development finance market and provide essential capital to developers. They offer flexible loans from £500,000 to £10 million with a focus on residential, build- to-rent, student and co-living projects, and have completed nearly £400 million worth of funding. 

Backed by institutional and private capital, the company works closely with a network of accountants, lawyers, brokers and introducers to connect investors and developers with the solutions they need.
