Balance is a regular theme in Kelly Hoppen Interiors’ designs: East and West, rustic charm and contemporary elegance, grandeur and comfort, luxury and functionality.

Kelly Hoppen founded the practice more than 45 years ago, and has led thousands of design projects for commercial properties, private homes, turnkey properties, superyachts, private jets and five-star hotels – imbuing them with her signature neutral colour palette.

Residential projects include a fully restored chalet in Courchevel, with interiors clad in monochromatic wood; a Georgian townhouse decorated in white, black and grey; and a three-storey Gothic mansion owned by singer Boy George.

In 2009, Hoppen received an MBE for services to interior design.
