Swiss private bank Lombard Odier has a history stretching back to the founding of Hentsch & Cie in Geneva in 1796.

Privately owned, the bank offers discretionary and advisory investment management, including sustainable and impact investing, as well as wealth planning and structuring – such as tax strategy, succession planning, philanthropic advisory, trust services and family governance. The UK private banking team is based in London, with specialists also located in Geneva, Nassau and Zurich. The firm highlights that it has expertise in the ‘intricacies of UK laws and structures’ and is well equipped to offer cross-border wealth planning.

As of end-December 2024, Lombard Odier had overall assets under management of CHF 215 billion.
