Family

Moore Barlow’s family services practice encompasses all aspects of family law, from prenuptial agreements to securing a financial settlement and arrangements for children (including international abduction cases). Private wealth

Our private wealth team is one of the largest specialist teams in southern England, with a strong reputation for tax-efficient succession planning and for all aspects of trust advice, including establishment, administration, winding up of trusts and the taxation consequences – all supported by both specialised lawyers and a chartered tax advisory team. The team is heavily involved with the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners, the private client sector of the Law Society and Solicitors for the Elderly.
