Craig Hamilton established his practice in 1991, and the studio has developed a reputation for its ‘progressive Classical’ style of architecture.

With offices in Hampshire and Radnorshire, the studio has worked on a range of projects, including new buildings, country houses, chapels and mausoleums in the UK and internationally. It also specialises in the repair and sensitive extension of historic buildings; Hamilton has said that traditional design styles can work together with contemporary elements ‘to create something new without negating the original’.

Hamilton has received honours from the Institute of Classical Architecture & Art and the Traditional Architecture Group.
