Primarius Clinic, located at the Royal Brompton private clinic in Marylebone, provides clients with full-body health assessments and diagnostic tests, focusing on ‘meaningful and precision preventative medicine’. 

‘We’ve created a very high-end, bespoke type of health check for people,’ partner and practice GP Dr Robby Bajaj tells Spear’s. ‘We’re trying to prevent people who don’t know they’ve got an issue from dying early.’

The suite of tests offered to an individual is determined by their symptoms, family history and demographic indicators. Primarius also provides private GP services for those interested in care between regular health checks. ‘We test in intervals, but it’s not a conveyor belt where we do one annual health check and then say, “See you next year.”’ 

The majority of clients hail from the UK, but the clinic is well equipped to care for international patients who opt to travel for testing.
