Viavi is a London-based clinic that focuses on preventative medicine and health screening. It was founded by Dr Sabine Donnai, who currently serves as its chief executive. According to Donnai, Viavi’s intention is to ‘give people time, which they often don’t have, and go beyond the obvious to look at underlying drivers rather than just treating symptoms’.

There are different services and memberships to suit clients’ needs: all start with a thorough review of one’s medical history and lifestyle via various diagnostic tests and investigations. Following an assessment to identify any conditions and their root causes, the clinical team creates a ‘health strategy’ for the client. Those who desire it can opt for a year-long or multi-year programme of ongoing monitoring and health management. 

In 2025, the clinic introduced a detoxification service aimed at cleansing the blood from microplastics and toxins, reporting that it can help those suffering from chronic fatigue.
