Founded by three-time Olympian Sarah Lindsay and 10-time British speed skating champion Rich Phillips, Roar is a chain of boutique gyms, the pre-eminent of which can be found in Bank.

Its' unique approach centres around the fitness experience, treating individuals more like athletes with a team of nutritionists, strength coaches and world-class personal trainers on hand to guide their needs. Each staff member is hand-picked for their expertise in health and performance innovation.

Roar Gyms are popular among the London celebrity scene, with clients including Pixie Lott, Mel B, Graham Norton, Dame Kelly Holmes, Olympic sprinter Harry Aikines-Aryeetey and England rugby star James Haskell. 

Lindsay recently relocated to Dubai, opening Roar's first Middle Eastern branch.
