Established in 2009 by Nigel and Maria Stengard-Green, Luxury Cotswold Rentals provides HNWs access to a hand-selected portfolio of some of the region’s finest properties, which include charming cottages and Grade I-listed English country homes variously featuring boating lakes, tennis courts, swimming pools and acres of beautiful grounds. 

The flexible service allows guests to plan both quick weekend getaways or longer retreats, which can be either catered or self-catered. Private chefs and massage therapists can be contacted through the firm’s concierge service, and guests can plan their stay using the Luxury Cotswold app, which compiles recommended restaurants and services in the area. 

The business thrives on its discerning list of homes, each of whose owners have met with the team. ‘We’re very proud that we have a direct connection with our owners,’ Nigel Stengard-Green tells Spear’s. ‘We know those properties personally.’
