The firm says it is focused on helping individuals, families and family offices navigate the increasingly complex challenges that tend to accompany multigenerational wealth, ‘without the red tape’. This includes family office advisory, in which Acorn helps families design and build a family office, providing asset allocation and investment advice; philanthropic and impact investing strategies; support in managing tax, legal, regulatory and jurisdiction considerations; and ongoing governance advice.  

It also acts as an outsourced private office for a select number of clients via Acorn Private Office.
