Banque Havilland

Banque Havilland S.A. was founded in 2009 in Luxembourg, the location of its head office.

On July 30 2024 the company announced that its operations in Liechtenstein and Switzerland would cease and that is would begin the voluntary liquidation of Banque Havilland (Liechtenstein) AG. In August 2024 the bank revealed that the European Central Bank had revoked its banking license in Luxembourg with immediate effect.

The bank announced its intention to challenge the ECB's decision, but industry commentators have expressed doubt that such an attempt was likely to be successful.
