Stewardship’s award-winning Philanthropy Services Team, led by Nicola Johnson, offers expertise in Donor Advised Funds and Christian charities. It runs two funds: the Donor Advised Fund for those giving more than £25,000 a year and the Philanthropy Fund for those wanting to establish a charitable fund of £500,000 or more.

Supported by in-house experts, the team provides a highly personalised service that is designed to free clients from the complexities of making larger gifts and to partner with them to maximise the impact of their donations.

The team’s experience in supporting Stewardship’s partner charities as well as donors means they are ideally placed to advise donors on how to ensure the grants they request have optimal impact. The team’s services include investment portfolio options, social impact investing, legacy and estate giving, international grant making and research services.

The team is also proud to offer its Philanthropy Fund clients its innovative Donor Advisory Board service, which provides a board structure to enlist the support of family, friends and trusted advisers in grant-making decisions but without the administrative and legal requirements of charity trusteeship.

The team won Best Philanthropy Initiative or Offering in the Wealth For Good Awards 2023 and Philanthropy Team of the Year in the STEP Private Client Awards in 2020.
