Inspir Carnegie Hill is a luxurious development on Manhattan’s Upper East Side. The 23-storey tower was designed by Handel Architects and opened in 2021 with the express purpose of providing elegant, sometimes spectacular, five-star amenities for senior HNW individuals. 

There are 215 private residences, which include studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments. In addition, there is an impressive array of amenities, such as a fitness centre, pool, library, bar, lounge and multiple restaurants as well as activities such as art therapy for memory care.

Staff can help residents customise their individual requirements, and there are various levels of care available. This ranges from an assisted living service for those with minimal requirements through to a highly specialised memory care programme for individuals with dementia.
