Established in 1979 by Gary Hersham, Beauchamp Estates’ enthusiasm and dedication has resulted in a ‘black book’ that reads like a Who’s Who of clients, applicants, and developers alike and includes some of the world’s richest and most influential people.

Experienced in marketing some of the most exclusive and expensive homes in London and internationally, our firm specialises primarily in acquiring and selling prime London houses, flats and New Homes developments. Our team’s amassed knowledge in this field is impressive and, historically, the sales of such properties represent a significant proportion of the annual turnover which enables us to punch well above our weight. 

Beauchamp Estates is a niche agency catering to the rich and the super-rich wishing to buy the very best that London has to offer in terms of both homes and investments. It is a testament to the skills that Beauchamp Estates has honed over the years that we have consistently been responsible for some of the most valuable sales across the globe, including what was the world’s second-largest single residential sale at £215,000,000 ($270,000,000) in early 2020.

With an established international client base, we have successfully launched offices in Cannes and St. Tropez in the South of France, Mykonos in Greece, Tel Aviv in Israel, Lisbon in Portugal and Manhattan in New York City and have been able to consolidate and expand the business through these international offices. 

Beauchamp Estates is one of only four London based firms who dominate the top end of the residential market. In 2021 we opened a prominent office on St. John’s Wood High Street that is helping to drive enquiries from the domestic market.
