ETHOS – PERSONAL SERVICE AND BESPOKE INSURANCE
‘Financially astute people are often extremely busy, so our primary purpose is intelligent risk management and transparent insurance that answers the precise needs of the individual family,’ says director Guy Everington. ‘We take care of every aspect of insurance for our clients. If a claim arises, we act as their advocate to ensure swift settlement. Our clients want the right insurance for their specific requirements – no matter how complex those requirements are. We are always looking at new areas of concern. We have established a private health brokering service to help clients demystify this complex field.’
Castleacre Insurance was established in 2005 by directors Guy Everington and Hugo Johnsen, who both came from a background in the London Insurance market. In contrast to the increasing trend towards impersonal financial services, Castleacre clients benefit from a direct relationship with a senior dedicated insurance advisor.
‘We both felt that established brokers were not placing enough importance on the client relationship and the provision of a truly personal service, based on understanding and professional advice,’ Everington adds. ‘We provide a responsive, tailored service to wealthy clients, who require more attention. We know they value competitive cover and clear advice, relevant to their circumstances. It is essential that our brokers not only have an in-depth understanding of the market, but are given the time to talk to and visit the clients they are looking after.’
Based in the UK and Ireland, Castleacre predominantly look after clients with assets in the UK and Europe.
