Lourdes Carbó founded Alberta La Grup in 2006 to provide bespoke experiences and a travel concierge service with a global reach. The firm serves clients across the Middle East and Europe, providing experiences that she says entail ‘unique encounters with the finest gastronomy and culture’.

Her firm also provides ‘personal angels’ to HNWs – ‘trustworthy professionals’ who can anticipate personal needs and help wealthy families to schedule their time and trips away. Well versed in working with businesspeople and HNW individuals, her team places a strong emphasis on privacy and discretion. 

Carbó also has launched a postgraduate personal assistant course known as The Lifestyle Institute, which offers support to budding talent in the personal assistants industry.
