Philip Morton joined DMH Stallard as a trainee solicitor in 2007. He has since climbed the ranks and now serves as partner at the firm and as group head of the dispute resolution family team in London. 

While Morton is considered an expert in all areas of family law, he specialises in settling complex issues involving children or finances after a divorce. He is also experienced in pre- and post- nuptial agreements, harassment claims, defamation, and domestic and international litigation. 

One, among a multitude, of Morton’s successful cases includes a misappropriation conflict between a mother and her son where the son stole a large amount of funds while he had control of his mother’s accounts under a lasting power of attorney. Morton consequently ‘obtained an order of £1 million-plus against the defendant for the return of his mother’s funds’.
