Former Savills director Edward Heaton has over 30 years of experience in the prime property industry, having worked in London, the south east and the west country. 

His company, Heaton & Partners, which has been operational for over a decade, specialises in providing search and buying advice across London and southern England for both UK and international HNW clients. 

Heaton is clearly passionate about his work, and he told Spear’s: ‘I genuinely believe we have one of the best jobs going, because we deal with extraordinary people, and their stories are always fascinating. When it comes to the business end, no one will be more dogged or determined to try and do a deal for our clients than we are.’
