Thea Carroll founded her eponymous property consultancy in 2019 to answer what she saw as a ‘need for clients to cut through the noise of the London property market’. A former buying consultant at The Buying Solution, Knight Frank’s UHNW specialist arm, she knows the ultra-high-end market well. 

London’s prime and super-prime markets are Carroll’s speciality, and she offers her services on transactions between £1 million and £200 million. Carroll adds that she only works with a select number of clients at a time, allowing her to deliver on a service proposition of ‘intuitive, informed and truly independent advice that aligns with clients’ best interests at all times’.

Carroll was recognised at the 2022 Spear’s Awards, where she received the Future Leader in Private Client Services award.
