Susie Hollands is the CEO of Vingt Paris, which she founded in 2003 to help international buyers find their feet in the French capital’s often opaque market, as well as in the South of France and beyond. Her service covers all aspects of real estate advisory, from buying and selling to property management as well as renovation and interior design.

Clientele range from successful entrepreneurs and wealth creators to experienced real estate investors who see Paris as a trophy asset for their portfolio.

‘They want an adviser by their side – somebody on the ground,’ Hollands tells Spear’s. ‘We’re very hands-on with people ... [clients] come to us for other things, too, like schooling of children or holiday advice.’
