Sue Pritchett

Spear’s Review

A senior associate and stalwart of Wilsons’ farm and estates team, Sue Pritchett has more than two decades of experience in all aspects of rural and agricultural conveyancing, sales and acquisitions, valuations and property financing for a wide range of HNW individuals and large-estate clients.

Pritchett is particularly specialised in agricultural and ecclesiastical conveyancing. She is also at ease with complex leaseholder issues, including the granting of easements. Clients often turn to Pritchett when making applications for adverse possession and reconstituting title deeds where they have been lost or destroyed.

She joined Wilsons at the turn of the millennium and qualified through the Institute of Valuers and Auctioneers (now affiliated with RICS) in 2003.
