Lehmann is founder and chief executive; he set up the company in 2016 after a 30-year career in public relations, during which he personally supported many young people in taking their first steps. 

The business provides one-to-one mentoring, coaching and guidance, assisting school leavers, university graduates, college leavers and mature or overseas students, helping them explore their strengths, set the tone for their future career direction and gain insights from highly successful mentors on the path to fulfilling careers. It also offers career mentoring and guidance to those already in work but who are looking to switch careers.
