Peter Golden is the head of tax and private client at Fieldfisher, a department he developed and which is now turning more than £10 million in revenue annually. He joined the firm in 2019 from his position as head of trusts at Linklaters, but he had developed his niche in UHNW practice even prior to that, when he was a partner at Forsters and an assistant solicitor at Withers.

Golden specialises in advising complex multi-generational families on their affairs, and is highly experienced in creating offshore trusts, incorporating private trust companies, helping clients understand the uses of companies limited by guarantee and crafting family governance structures. His practice also has a significant focus on succession planning for large international families.
