Naomi Rive is a group director and head of private wealth at Highvern, which provides wealth structuring and multi-family office services. She has helped to establish and manage wealth structures for some of the world’s most discerning families.

Many of Rive’s clients are first-generation wealth creators who are often still very much in wealth accumulation mode. ‘I like this dynamic, as the clients operate in a very professional and business-like manner, and you sometimes have to remind yourself that they are the UHNWs and not a part of the advisory team,’ she tells Spear’s.

Rive supports international families and entrepreneurs across different time zones, and notes that ‘ordinary working hours don’t really apply in this job.’
