Husband-and-wife team James Davies and Giuliana La Pera Davies are the super-discreet brokers behind La Pera Davies.

Their buying agency, founded in 2007, has garnered a strong reputation in the industry for its off-market acquisitions, and with more than 50 years of experience between the two founders, La Pera Davies has an impressive roster of wealthy clients. The firm’s main focus is prime central London, but it also acquires larger properties in the home counties and in the south of France. 

Previously, Davies was residential director for the developer of the Shard in London, and spent more than a decade as director of development consultancy at Hamptons International. While there, he worked on prime projects in the UK and overseas, including the Burj Khalifa in Dubai and the Four Seasons Resort Seychelles.
