Working in partnership with brands such as Coca-Cola, LVMH and Mercedes, Bompas & Parr has carved a niche in multisensory food-focused events and experiences. Harry Parr, one half of the founding duo, began his career as an architect. He swiftly pivoted when he and business partner Sam Bompas began creating ornate architectural structures made out of jelly. 

The culinary design studio has put together visual food and drink-based spectacles including London's New Year's Eve fireworks in 2013 – with edible, fruity, fizzing firework creations that guests could taste and smell; a 2018 exhibition showcasing 14,000 ice-cream-based objects; and a 2022 dinner event featuring produce cooked over a stream of molten lava in Saudi Arabia.
