A solicitor since 2011, Nash is known for her knowledgeable approach to multi-jurisdictional cases in particular. She also has Higher Rights of Audience, meaning she is able to represent clients in court if necessary. 

She remains extremely passionate about the development of family law, and writes regularly for leading journals (including the International Family Law Journal). She also appears on broadcast media as an expert and writes her own legal blog.
