Edmund Parker founded Edmund Parker Management (EPM) in 2020 after spending three years working in the property management department of a top Chelsea-based interior designer. The experience provided Parker with an all-important ‘black book’ of contacts and ‘people to know’ across London, he tells Spear’s, particularly in the renovation and design field.

EPM is a business that manages and carries out renovations for HNW clients. Increasingly sought after for advice on all matters involving property, the firm aims to act as a ‘one-stop shop’ for clients. 

‘Whatever you need or want in your life, from fixing a dripping tap in your home to organising a wine shipment from the South of France – I can do it,’ Parker says. ‘Just throw those everyday practical problems at me, and you can trust me to sort them out.

‘I advise and introduce my clients to the right buying agents,’ he adds. ‘I've been to other countries to look at properties for people.’
