Ed Tryon
Spear’s Review
Ed Tryon set up property advisory Lichfields in 2007, and it has since honed the art of acquiring high-value new builds in prime central London. According to Tryon, the firm has acquired more than £850 million of residential property, more than half of which was not available on the open market.
‘Our average ticket size has historically been around £8 million, the highest value has been just under £60 million, and we start at about a million,’ he tells Spear’s of his practice.
Between his decades of experience and useful connections in the prime central market, Tryon is exceptionally well placed to advice clients on rentals, sales, investment and development.
