His expertise includes the full range of contentious probate and COP litigation, and his knowledge of tax issues as they apply to complex large multi-jurisdictional cases is extensive.

He’s renowned for his analytical ability when approaching complex matters that can involve several inter-related claims across multiple jurisdictions.

David has developed particular expertise in working with beneficiaries without capacity for both the Official Solicitor and Court of Protection.

David has a reputation for detailed forensic analysis and preparation of complex evidence in cases involving fraud and breach of trust. He is a member of the Association of Commercial Fraud Solicitors and the association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists. He is adept at acting quickly and effectively in matters that require assets to be secured, and action to be taken without any delay.
