David McDonough OBE, adviser to UHNWs, high-flying executives and corporations, embarked on his journey into reputation management over four decades ago. His firm Sanctuary Counsel now works with ‘leaders who recognise the power of reputation in realising their goals’. 

The enterprising chairman explains that an environment of uncertainty breeds a need for quality reputation managers. ‘[It’s] very fertile ground for close trusted advisers who can help clients read the runes while providing discreet, wise counsel.’
