As part of the buying team at The London Resolution, Clarissa Legg provides clients with a ‘bespoke residential property acquisition service’, acting for UK and international buyers and family trusts who are seeking properties for owner occupation and/or investment. 

A former Home Office researcher, Legg’s career in prime central London started 16 years ago as a buying agent; she established her own business in 2013, which she still runs in addition to her work at The London Resolution.

‘This enabled me to truly focus on searches where I believe I can deliver the best possible service for the client, but has also opened up the possibility of exciting collaborations with other advisers across the property industry,’ she tells Spear’s.
