Chris Cole is one of the founding partners of Lockhart Capital Management. Lockhart’s clients are successful and have invariably created their wealth themselves; the firm’s role is to ensure that they can maintain their current lifestyles without financial concern. ‘We have over 120 years of wealth management experience between us and co-invest alongside our clients to ensure that our interests are fully aligned with theirs,’ said Cole.

In 2019, Lockhart announced a partnership with Impetus. The charitable organisation has a portfolio of around 20 UK charities that provide direct support to young people from disadvantaged backgrounds, helping them to stay in school and secure qualifications, skills and employment.

Lockhart Capital Management provides financial advice and wise counsel to a limited number of individuals and their families. Founded in 2017, the firm has matured quickly and now acts for more than 300 families, managing over £600 million on their behalf primarily through its Private Investment Office. Operating from three UK offices, Lockhart is able to serve its client base nationwide, although it also uses a high degree of technology to assist with client communication to meet each individual’s needs.
