When Spear’s sits down with Charlotte Ricard-Quesada in 2026, she is marking 10 years since establishing La Fête. In that time, the firm has carved out a distinctive niche: planning for UHNW couples with ‘specific multicultural needs’.

It is a specialism rooted in her own life: ‘I’m the result of multicultural parents and families,’ she says, ‘and then I also married into another culture.’

Her clients include Jewish, Hindu and Muslim couples, and the work, Ricard-Quesada explains, is all in the detail. ‘Whether it’s weddings, anniversaries or birthdays, it’s really about making sure we’re picking up on those important details.’

She points to an October wedding for a couple whose religious relatives don’t eat meat or consume food after sunset. ‘We had to take this into consideration and make sure that vegan food was readily available as soon as people were entering the party.’ The same care extends to selecting entertainment and to navigating family politics across several generations.
