Jack Simpson
Spear’s Review
Designing luxury homes runs in the family for Jack Simpson. But while he grew up watching his father run a residential property development company, he did not initially plan to follow suit. It wasn’t until his late twenties that he ‘caught the bug’, he tells Spear’s. ‘I slowly fell in love with the industry and the process of crafting a home.’
Since its establishment in 2018, Simpson’s firm, Nomad, has been involved in several large residential projects across prime central London and the home counties.
Acting as a ‘one-stop-shop’, Nomad’s private client department handles property acquisition and development, interior design and FF&E entirely in-house. Past projects include the refurbishment of a 1850s Georgian townhouse in Chelsea and a 2,900sq ft new-build property in Putney.
Most clients come via referral, Simpson notes, though the firm’s refined aesthetic has also attracted a substantial following on Instagram.
