Property lawyer Sarah Conibeere, a partner at Fladgate, is all too familiar with the requirements of UHNW clients.

‘They want something done right and they want it done now,’ she tells Spear’s. ‘They don’t want to hear problems; they want to hear solutions, which is something our team prides itself on being able to deliver.’

Conibeere has been with Fladgate since 2021; prior to this, she was at Mishcon de Reya for 13 years. Her residential real estate practice is fast-paced and high-value – with property transactions stretching from £5 million or £10 million all the way up to £100 million.

A growing part of Conibeere’s practice is advising Americans who are moving to the UK for business and political reasons alike. She recalls recently working with an American academic who was looking for a property in the Cotswolds.

‘He was really interested in the history of the property and England, as well as the surrounding land, which was really interesting for me to work on,’ she says.
