Samantha Scott-White, who began her career as a sales negotiator in 1999, transitioned into a buying agent role in 2010 and hasn’t looked back.
She founded her independent agency in 2018 with a focus on the Cotswolds, an area of the country she knows intimately. It is this insight that her clients – who range from international relocators to entrepreneurs – deeply value.
While some clients know the area and want to be close to Daylesford Farm or Soho Farmhouse, for example, others do not necessarily know what they want to buy.
‘[The latter] is almost better,’ Scott-White says, ‘because you can be more open with the search.’ With this flexibility and a purchasing threshold of over £2 million, Scott-White can also offer properties ‘in slightly less touristy areas that are better value for money’.
