Georgina Haddon is a senior associate in the residential property team at Forsters, where she advises UK and international clients on the legal aspects of high-value residential transactions in London and the surrounding areas.

Having trained at the firm, she has spent more than a decade building a broad practice spanning acquisitions and disposals of prime property, secured lending and large-scale development work.

Haddon acts for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals, lenders and international investors, including those from the Middle East and South East Asia, and tells Spear’s that clients are ‘still very keen on London as a worthwhile long-term investment’.

She has advised on landmark developments including The Whiteley and The Broadway, and works closely with private wealth teams and intermediaries, adding: ‘The benefit of having the private wealth team in our firm is that there is a lot of overlap. We work collectively to provide that holistic service to our clients.’
