Kreab director Jane Kerr spent 22 years as a journalist – including as an assistant news editor at the Daily Mirror – before moving into reputation management.
She has been with Kreab for eight years, and says her work often begins with an urgent crisis situation that evolves into longer-term advisory. ‘People usually bring us in for crises and then stay because they understand the quality of what we offer,’ Kerr tells Spear’s.
She supports clients across media relations, speechwriting, social content and major campaigns, working closely with specialist teams. Advising corporate, government and private clients, Kerr emphasises Kreab’s hands-on approach: ‘What you see is what you get … we’re there at the forefront every day; each person in the team brings their expertise to support clients.’
