Reputation manager George Godsal brings three decades of experience to his work, advising a client base that spans major corporates, fast-growing start-ups, corporate clients and government organisations, as well as high-profile business leaders and billionaire families. It’s a mix, he tells Spear’s, that ‘reflects my experience’.

Godsal founded REKT Partners in 2022, followed by more discreet boutique firm DGR Partners in 2025, offering senior counsel on ‘reputational special situations’, he explains. Over time, Godsal’s practice has evolved from more traditional mandates to increasingly innovative work, with a growing focus on the digital asset and crypto sector in recent years. In addition to live crisis handling, he provides long-term reputation assessment, planning and training.

Based in the UK, he works internationally across the Middle East and Asia, drawing on what he describes as ‘a very international career’, having lived and worked in Asia and East Africa.
