After years spent working in the industry, Emily Few Brown found that existing catering companies lacked modernity and quality, so in 2013 she founded Spook.

Based in London, Spook is committed to providing high-quality food and drinks, prioritising sustainability and seasonal ingredients. From intimate dinners to large gatherings at country estates, Spook provides a range of set menus, custom orders and canapés for guests’ enjoyment.

Fast becoming a staple among the fashion-forward crowd, Few Brown has helped cater for numerous London Fashion Week events, including for Burberry, Loewe, Miu Miu and Prada. In 2024, Spook drew attention for its work with food stylist Imogen Kwok: in a collaboration between H&M and Pantone, they served seasonal canapés in colours  that coordinated with the collection.
