Ariana Azad is the CEO and founder of private tutoring agency Figtree Learning, which she set up almost a decade ago.

Figtree has more than 300 tutors specialising in specific subjects as well as entrance exams preparation, and Azad typically holds an initial consultation with clients and then ‘pulls a team together’ to direct families to the appropriate services that will help them achieve their goals.

After helping children get into their dream school, Azad often becomes a family’s trusted adviser, she explains, helping her clients with a wider variety of matters including property search and issues relating to relocation. ‘If parents trust us with their kids, it means they can trust us with basically anything,’ she says.
