Larry Walshe started his career working in theatre but quickly became ‘creatively frustrated’, he tells Spear’s. He set up Larry Walshe Studios to use his creative skills to their full extent, and now creates floral designs for luxury weddings and parties in London, New York, Cannes and Lake Como.

Having produced flower installations for billionaires, Hollywood actors, Premier League footballers and other A-listers, Walshe says he is focused on ‘bringing the client’s vision to life in the most beautiful way possible, rather than showing off my skills’. While his style is therefore quite flexible, he describes it as ‘maximal minimalism’ and emphasises his passion for ‘quiet luxury’. 

As part of his commitment to creating highly bespoke designs, Walshe works with a watercolour artist to bring a detailed plan to each client before they decide to move forward with a project.
